For those who wish to receive a preliminary estimate from the comfort of their own home, we offer the option to send us dimensions and pictures via email. This allows us to provide an initial assessment based on the information provided. Additionally, we offer a complimentary one-hour meeting at your site to discuss your project requirements and goals. During this meeting, we focus on understanding your needs and vision while also determining if we are the right fit for your project. While we do not offer free design ideas during this meeting, it serves as an opportunity to discuss your project in detail and create a plan of action for our design services. This personalized approach ensures that we can provide you with a more accurate and detailed estimate, tailored to your specific project needs.

16. What documentation do you provide?

As part of our comprehensive approach, we offer a range of services including construction documents, furniture plans, interior elevations, concept boards, finish schedules, 3D renderings, and sketches. However, we understand that not every project requires the same level of documentation. That's why we take the time to assess the unique requirements of each project during the design phase. By carefully evaluating which items are essential for achieving the desired outcome, we aim to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our clients. If certain documentation can be minimized or omitted without compromising the integrity of the design, we are transparent in our recommendations to save the client money while still achieving their design objectives. For small projects we like to limit documentation to floor plans and a clickable concept board linking to products so you are able to review them straight from the manufacturers website.

We never overextend ourselves, guaranteeing that your project receives the focus and care it deserves. Unlike larger firms where you might be passed off to junior designers or assistants, we prioritize your satisfaction and work closely with you from concept to completion.

18. How do you charge? How much do you charge?

At our company, we offer a diverse range of rates tailored to accommodate the unique needs of our clients. To ensure optimal service, we recommend an initial one-hour consultation where we can assess your project requirements and tailor our services accordingly, whether it involves a combination of pricing models or a flat fee for comprehensive projects.

For drafting services, our pricing structure is based loosley on square footage, with rates set at $3 per square foot for projects exceeding 10,000 square feet, $3.50 per square foot for projects ranging from 5,000 - 9,999 square feet, $4 per square foot for those between 1,000 - 4,999 square feet, and $5 to $8 per square foot for projects under 999 square feet. Use these rates to give you an idea of cost considerations. It is important that we assess the project to define the level of drafting services needed and/or if site measurements are required; rates may be adjusted accordingly. Excessive revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

For both smaller and larger all-inclusive projects, we provide flat fees. Our all-inclusive service can be tailored to encompass every facet of the design process including; Concepts, Finishes, Drafting Services, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). We must provide you with a professional assessment of your individual needs to provide you an accurate flat fee.

For clients seeking consultations, we offer a competitive rate of $150 per hour. We also extend discounted rates to clients for specific General Contractors. Let us know the details of your project, and we can determine a not-to-exceed hours based on the requested services.
